Shipping conditions & Information

We currently offer delivery by UPS, USPS, DHL Express, DHL Freight, PostNord, FedEx International Economy and FedEx International Priority.

You can choose delivery to your home address, a Service Point or another address provided by you.

Shipping by country

USA: USPS 3-20 business days, depending on what state you live in. If you are having trouble tracking your package with the initial tracking link sent out by us, please refer to https://www.17track.net/en and enter your tracking number for further information.

UK: UPS Express 1-2 days delivery – Please note – No import tax will apply, all prices displayed in the checkout is final.

EU: Varies by country but most countries have FedEx Express, FedEx Economy & DHL Express.

How is shipping handled by Whitelip.com?

  1. After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation to the E-mail used. This E-mail will contain information about your purchase.
  2. We pack your products in a durable and lightweight box, with additional treats added.
  3. Once your order is handed over to the shipping partner you have chosen, an E-mail with a tracking number will be sent. With this tracking number you can follow your package as it makes it’s way to you.

Handling Time

Most of our orders (90%) are shipped out the same day the order comes in. The cases where handling times are longer are e.g. when products for your order are out of stock. If this happens to you and your handling time is longer than 48 hours, we will contact you regarding the reasons.  

Additional information

Whitelip.com reserves the right to hold any order for a security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified within two business days.

Please note – US customers can only collect their package if they are over 21 years old.

For buyers outside the European Union (EU)

You, as the customer, are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Whitelip.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of Sweden may be subject to excise taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the local country and/or jurisdiction. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such excise taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country and/or your delivery address. It is the customer’s responsibility to report and remit these taxes. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
